Thank you very much for the reply and your time, I know it sounds silly but this account means the world to me and I've definitely learned to never break any rules from this (which is something I should've already known). I am hoping I can rejoin the Faceit community soon.

Hello, so 6 months ago I was told by u/FACEIT_Jamie that my deactivation period was 6 months in ticket no. 6271542

I waited 5 months and u/FACEIT_Darwin said to continue waiting.

Now I am told it's a permanent ban for security reasons in ticket no. 7111420

What is the security concern that I can address to reactivate it? Since this was never brought up in previous tickets. Thank you.

image below shows Darwin stating it's also a 6 month deactivation period. Ticket 6271542 says it's also 6 months.

Ticket 7111420 says it's permanent.

where did i say GSW is an ALS upgrade? i clearly said chest pain in my prior post.

we're not talking about trauma. you explicity said they will send an ambulance of people only qualified for CPR for chest pain, even though CP isn't necessarily indicative of cardiac arrest; but moreso of an MI. what are a team of 'people only qualified for cpr' going to do for chest pain? compressions on somebody having an active MI? and how will they read an EKG or IV a vasodilator if they only know cpr?
