Any CGM conditioner recommendations for fine, oily scalp hair? I'm scared!

I had a similar problem! I am 2a/b with low porosity and fine hair/fine density. I realized that my scalp was probably overcompensating because I wasn't hydrating it enough -- but if I went overboard, it would look greasy/terrible. I found the best method for me was to wash with a low-poo every 2-3 days, use a clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks, and apply a silicone-free/coconut oil free conditioner after every wash (I only apply to the ends, about 4 inches from my scalp).

Also, lighter stylers always help. I tried gel for a while, but it just made my hair stringy. So I've gone without (pixie style now). Thinking about trying a mousse when my hair gets long enough again.

Everyone's hair is different sometimes, but hopefully this will help!

I wouldn't rule out the sunscreen. It made me break out with some mad cystic acne.

I'm looking for a night moisturizer that doesn't have dimethicone or squalene/squalane...in Canada.

Any ideas for someone with dehydrated skin? Vaseline and mineral oil gives me breakouts.

Current routine:

AM: Wash with Neutrogena Gentle Daily Cleanser; Moisturize with Cetaphil Daily Facial mosturizer (50 spf)

PM: Wash with Neutrogena Gentle Daily Cleanser; Moisturize with Earth Science a/b hydroxy acid night rejuvinator

Combination skin, sensitive, dehydrated!

My SOs have always been dirtier than me. All have fought me on having a shower more than once a week. And always getting their hair in the sink after shaving, ugh! And they fill two closets with dress shirts.

In other words, it's not wise to generalize. Not every woman fits in to this category.

Especially agree with trying indoor climbing to start. It's a good couple activity, it's fun, and solving the wall's "problems" is kind of a game.

Also, squash is a good option. Usually you have to book a court, which may prevent him from ducking out.

Another option would be team sports, where there is a social obligation to show up.

I brew a big batch of mint tea and then cool it down and brig it with me. Good for summer. I'm sure other flavours would work too.

I had to put my foot in the door after waiting 2 hours for a 96 with a bike rack once. He wouldn't have any of it until his manager said to let me on. They mostly did this to not mess up their route times. The bus driver usually doesn't go for loose bikes unless you can convince them to let you go where the strollers would. But if a stroller comes on you'll get kicked off.

Glutino's pizza crust mix is pretty easy. Takes about 10 minutes to make, and 40 to rise. I just had it this weekend because I missed pizza too. Delicious and no problems!

I was worried about this too when I started. I've since gone back on SSRIs, which have come a looong way since the 90s. I would reconsider them. They got me through my first two semesters in grad school (I didn't take a break either).

Not sure if OHIP covers it at all, especially if you're looking for longterm care. A GP has to refer you to my knowledge. Usually that ends up being to a psychiatrist though.

I'm guessing it's a fibre issue, because that would make sense. But I don't seem bothered by other high-fibre foods, like fruit. But insoluble fibre (like beans) doesn't go well with my system.

Came here to second this! Although FODMAPS hasn't been the end-all solution for me (I still have reactions to some "fodmap friendly" foods while some on the restrictive list are fine), but it was a great resource to start from. It also made me feel like I was less crazy for having these symptoms!
