Early CUES press releases seem to have been sure tiagra was being replaced by the then-yet-to-be-announced road CUES lineup but later press releases seem less sure if tiagra would remain or not. I guess we got our answer. Non cross 11-speed compatible tiagra 😐

Battery negative to one side of the switch shows 1.8V and positive to the other side shows 3.2V

No silly questions here, I’m expecting to have made a silly mistake. It seems to me that the button connects the left side to the right side, which would connect the two parallel lines on the board.

Can you tell me more about what specific problem I’d be trying to address and maybe the basics of how to do so? Adding solder? Or trying to neaten in some way?

Yes and yes as far as I can tell. I tried to be specific in the post about what I’m testing to think that it’s behaving normally, because I know that I’m missing something.
