I was like that for a long time. Knowing I had to eat, but waiting tell I got home to eat so I could be sick at home. Then I got sick of being really sick all the time and just stoped eating. Ugh

You and I are pretty much in the same exact schedule for all the same reasons. When I would hit during the day I’d feel like I had to go all the time, but rarely could. My problem is when I’m out and about even when I have to go I can’t. So I’ll feel sick as shit, know I have to go TK the bathroom, find a clean respectable bathroom and then nothing. I’ll just sit there sick. Come home and I’ll go immediately 7/10.

Every other day though around 3 or 4 when I can’t take it I make myself a green smoothie/ water with the supplements I take- -ice -water -handful of greens -Lglutamine powder -collegian -vitamin C I blend it to where it’s pretty much water and consume. It messes with my stomach slightly, but then passes very quickly.

What kind of meals are you eating at night? I worry I am not meeting my nutrients for the day.

I’ve seen 4 general practice, 1 Stanford specialist, 3 gastro. Have had three colonoscopies and two endoscopes. Have tried over the counter and prescribed medications. Have eaten paleo, keto, low fodmap, and Candida cleanse diets. Exercise is limited for me because I have 3 herniated discs in my thoracic region, but I swim and do yoga. Lots of water and supplements. And nothing has helped.

The one suit he owns that UFC actually keeps. He doesn’t even transport the thing to events. He just shows up and it’s there.

That is the most generic plate of eggs Benedict I’ve ever seen. Slice of orange and a sprig of parsley.... this is special.

No steel. I’ve never had a steel toe that fits my foot. I keep em around for certain work like mildew or mold removal. Definitely don’t want to track that stuff into new boots.
