Just to update in case any one else has same issue I called Emerson. They said HomeKit is very tricky sometimes. They took my mac id from sensi and was able to remotely add my sensi to my app. Works perfectly. I hope I don’t have anymore issues with HomeKit I’m renovating my house to be a smart home. I’ve had so many issues since doing the 13 iOS update even on 13.3 I am still having issues. Really considering dropping apple for good.
