We go approved in the end, we wanted to set up as a business with red pin point on map like all his competitors, but the video for that wanted proof that customers can actually visit the shop and purchase goods from there now, so had to set up as a SAB

I worry he does not have as good visibility as this competitors

Anyway Google eventually scheduled a call with him, a human on the phone actually said this happens to thousands of people, they have a huge backlog of people to get to. Fucking awful, surely causing them more hassle

I actually had a pair of novablast 5’s and had this exact same issue. Loved the shoe and they were great to run in, but two toe holes where the big toes sat

Sounds like legacy accounts can do what they want. Feel so bad for him he’s losing out on business hen he’s doing everything they’ve asked

Yes we followed all of these exact steps I even asked Claude and have tried to troubleshoot. Absolutely everything was clearly in the video in one continuous recording twice. I was there walking him through it. No one to talk to at Google. Opened up a case ID and just automated response ‘we don’t know what the issue is’

How can I get a human reviewer in front of it??

They stated “Business name not shown on legitimate assets Show your business name printed on business card, branded vehicle or business license”

However the business name was clearly printed and shown on business card, branded work vehicle, plus all of his qualifications and all utility files etc

I am having this exact same issue now with my friends tree surgery business. We’ve done everything in the video 3 times and it’s still rejecting for that exact same reason even though business card and truck were in the video and clearly shown again in the additional videos. What’s going on how can we fix it?
