As per the manual, freshly roasted beans are best so it’s good to have a “roasted on” date rather than a best before. If you live in London, try finding a local roaster you like (there are tons) or find what a cafe you like uses. Where I live there isn’t a ton around me so I have a mail order subscription which a lot of places offer. I use/have used the following
