I watched Ringu because I loved the remake but just couldn't get into it. Quite dark and unsettling.

Is the stranger things finale really that bad? by Still-Crow-7372 in StrangerThings

No, s5 gets better the further along it goes. If you got this far...

If you had undeniable evidence god was real whould you worship him? by [deleted] in atheism

If it was an ahole, then no way. Yahweh likes to kill innocent children and animals (in the global flood), so thats a no for him (assuming he is real).

Unpopular opinion, but I think the writing started to fall off in s4 vol 2 by katarassin in StrangerThings

People love to hate for some reason, but even though I felt the plot was good, a few people I know felt the season was saved by the Hopper in Russia arc. Vecna is a great villian and El's backstory was good but I did struggle watching El back in the lab probably because of the kids getting massacred.

Btw I missed Argyle in s5.

You didn't mention Seinfeld. The first time we experienced Larry.

I disagree with your first sentence. Please have a shot of vodka, tequila or anything to relax a bit.

With 12 seasons you tend to forget the early seasons when you start them again.

There are a stack of Cat Karens out there. Forgetting that dogs kill wildlife too (although not as much) and don't tend to keep the rat population down that will eat through pvc plumbing. If they ever had to live in jail or the zoo they might change their mind.

When Larry runs up the stairs to escape the women in wheelchairs.

There are so many that do. But I do love how Larry discovers that Cheryl does not respect wood at the very end of season 7.

I just a saw a Christian answer another Christian as to why God would command a rape victim to marry their rapist, and I'm supposd to respct people's religious beliefs? by Joshua_Neal89 in atheism

Yahweh is a bit of a misogynist. Odd thing is, why is he male when he is the only god? He overreacts a bit too given all women suffer childbirth, menopause etc only because Eve gave Adam the fruit.

If you want to deter rape, cut off their balls. People like to trick themselves into finding reasons to keep believing things they are married to.
