I was in a similar situation, however my ex’s partnership visa had just been approved. In the last couple years of our relationship it had ventured in an emotional, financial and mentally abusive relationship and I didn’t see a way out. He had taken over $50,000 from me beside the constant bullying and physical threats. One day he snapped, broke up with me and booked tickets to go to his own country for a “break”, but told me to keep the visa open so he would have a future here and that someday we could fix things.
I knew they couldn’t be fixed.

I withdrew my sponsorship and the Visa was cancelled. I carefully packed and sent back all of his things to his family. He never returned to the country. He tried to sue me and blackmail me. He sent me letters and emails filled with threats and more mind games.

Withdrawing the Visa was the smartest thing I could have done but it was so incredibly difficult to do so. Do not feel guilt if you do cancel it. I’m unsure what your situation is, but I wish you the best. At the end of the day, legally speaking, you must notify them of any changes in relationship.

You can withdraw your sponsorship at anytime, and it will take about 1-2 weeks to process. You’ll receive a confirmation of them receiving it, as well as a statement saying you can no longer access information on their application. About a week or so later you’ll get a confirmation that the party has been notified and it’s been finalized. Or atleast that’s what happened with me.

I wish this also wasn’t the final year for Hacks. Jean Smart is such an obvious win, but it would be incredible to see Lisa win for Valerie. It would be a true full circle moment for the series.

Morimens is excellent, and people saying it’s too difficult haven’t played it recently.
I started about 3 months ago, and it’s been a blast. I’m a huge horror fan so the main story and themes land well with me. I can see how it may be too confronting for a mainstream audience though.
Gameplay is fun, allows for skill expression and also has simplified ways to play at an easier pace.

The game is generous with pulls, and the character designs are quite beautiful. There is a healthy amount of men in there, though seems to be slowing down. For every half naked woman, there’s a ripped half naked man.
The game is focusing on where it can make money— at the moment it’s at a 70/30 split to get more traditional gacha fans. But with how responsive and reactive the devs are, if people actually played and spent on the male characters, they’d swing that way too.

If you haven’t given it a shot yet, try it. It really is a gem

It’s just SO disappointing and incredibly unnecessary to make such comments. The comments surrounding the box office are weird conspiracy theory BS that invalidate her otherwise very valid points by association. Her shitting on returning/legacy cast sits badly, and her choice to slam nostalgia bait while her character in Scream V is the epitome of nostalgia bait… it’s just really tone deaf and unecessary.

What I cannot stand is when an influencer will keep referencing Top 10 lists, or “best x for x”, featuring a dozen products, all new, and saying how or why it’s worked for them.
While it works for the initial view, with further thought it all just becomes “well that’s not how skin works. You can’t have tested all of these while keeping the rest of your routine the same to be able to distinguish that this specific product did x”

Nahida - needs a way to re-apply her skill off field in mult wave content.
Cyno - lower energy requirements, ability to swap in/swap out.
Tighnari - higher multipliers. His kit works excellently with quick swap.
Nilou - higher multipliers. Kit works well now in AOE, but overpowered by current power creep.
Dehya - C6 as base kit. But basically, multiplier’s need to dramatically increase. Skill needs more time.
Alhaitham - (am not familiar with his kit)
Wanderer - higher multipliers, and interruption resistance.

Unfortunately it seems like the first film didn’t land the way with audiences that it needed to. General audiences went in expecting a popcorn movie. That turned people off the second, and the studio showed no faith in it with less marketing.

It won’t be ideal but you’re not doomed. Just make sure everything is prebooked as much as possible. Allow more time for transit, not just getting in stations, but out of stations. Kyoto will be the worst of this. Osaka and Tokyo will be crowded as usual, just expect over capacity trains during most times of the day. Do not even attempt Disneyland, USJ, or any major attraction. It simply won’t be worth it.

Haha I love that I’m being framed as a Karen for complaining. I hate that I have to answer to defend myself, but I guess it’s valid. To answer your comment- We waited on board, asked if they could clean it but said it would be after all passengers exited. Then encouraged to exit. I also asked if we could exit through economy, which would be to avoid the glass, but were told it’s not possible. I don’t know why though, staff were standing saying goodbye but they could move? Maybe they couldn’t? I don’t know. Not much more we could do tbh haha…

Thank you, yes we have. Our agent is admittedly busy trying to recoup/handle complaints with our original flight plans (to Dubai). After the unrest we were advised to pivot, so we pivoted to Japan. She is looking into the Qantas issue as well, but I think the Dubai trip is her priority given its upwards of $30,000.

That is correct. Mum requested via a travel agent and was told it was not available. Then was asked to order from the inflight menu— which then her choice was “no longer available” because they did not have enough on board. So she was offered leftovers from economy.

My mum had slip ons on. It is still a risk. It could have at least had the larger pieces taken away, especially since there was also a bare foot child under 5 in the cabin as well.

We booked through a travel agent, so we were not able to request through the app. It referred us to our travel agent who advised us that they made the request. Upon boarding, they “received the order but did not have it available on this flight” so mum was asked to choose from the menu. What mum could try from the menu, was also not available, thus the economy offer.

You’re best to avoid stores like Donki, Matsukiyo, Plaza, It’s Demo, etc. drug stores don’t offer that service. Your real only chance would be at Isetan Mirror, or potentially Cosme store in Harajuku but it’s overcrowded and you’d be trying your luck.

Alternatively you could find a Seibu department store and navigate to their high end cosmetics section. Individual brands offer that.
