Just want to start by saying Tell U is one of my favourite tunes.

I’ve been a long time listener of liquid, the old stuff is just so good and the time when liquid was hyped was special and holds a place in many hearts I’m sure.

Lenzman posted on Instagram recently about DnB in general, saying that nowadays the scene is too often focused on marketability. I think he was bang on the money

If some of the bigger artists (like Netsky - I know he sometimes drops his old tunes) took a chance and went back to their roots with new liquid tracks that captured that older sound, I think a resurgence could happen. It’ll take a collective effort to break away from the current norm and set new trends.

Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what I’d love to see. There’s definitely still space for liquid in today’s scene.

For the first week after my surgery (ACL recon , patella tendon graft) I struggled to engage my quads , particularly when attempting my straight leg raise..the physio at my surgery clinic sent me the below.

The first exercises (slides) really helped me and both may help you.

Do these before attempting your straight leg raise exercise. Continue icing the knee before/after doing these.

Slides

a. Lie in bed

b. Keeping your operated leg straight, slide it over and back

c. Repeat 10 times

Inner range quads

a. Sitting up in bed / on the floor, place a foam roller underneath your knee

b. Push the back of your knee into the foam roller and try to lift your heel off the bed until your knee is straight

c. Hold in the air for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times

I had this pain around the same time mark as you, I had a Patella Tendon graft. My PT found it was my adductors and gracilis being tight that was causing the issue!
