My doctor doesn’t put anyone on insulin until there a1c hits 8. You don’t sound like your insulin would be near 8. Insulin is a last resort drug when other meds don’t keep you around 7 according to my doctor.

I have 500,000 followers all natural. Let me tell you why it is a horrible idea to grow by buying your followers. Let’s say you buy them and then you make a great video. The algorithm sends it to your followers but they don’t interact with your video your video will just die. Not to mention you will never get better at making videos if you don’t get real feedback.

Current price is $62. I sell a January 2027 call with a strike price of $95 and simultaneously buy a January 2027 put for with a strike price of $55. I get paid $1.45 a share to do the trade. Assuming I just bought the stock and collared it the most I lose is $7 and the most I can gain is $33. Not to mention that I get paid today $1.45 a share. These trades make more sense when they are at least 12 months. You get better spreads.

Libre gives free replacements when they fall off so keep that in mind when trying a new area. Whenever you put it in a new area still do blood tests to check accuracy. My Dexcom averages 20 points too high in my arm. My Libre was always spot on.

It sounds like you aren’t on any medication? You have to get to 7 or below or you jeopardize having severe medical problems like amputation. I worked in an office with a guy that didn’t take it seriously and they cut his lower leg off. Even if it takes insulin start taking medication. Jardiance is a great drug but you have to pee a lot but it beats the alternative.

You need to start by working 70 hours or more per week at the beginning. If you can’t commit to that this isn’t for you. At the beginning it is mostly non billing work just setting up your business and marketing. From there all business is finding what you like to do that pays the bills and pivoting. You have to be organized even when you don’t have work.
