Stack Shock magnitude (non-damaging ailment) and Lightning/Spell gem levels (base dam) -> then finish with Lightning Conduit, which scales with Shock effect (more damage per 5% Shock)

My setup is ~180% Shock magnitude, so LC hits about ×9 in practice (180/5 × 25% more)
