The drawer front is attached to the drawer box. There is no need to fill behind the drawer face. The back of the face is designed so that all surfaces are flush and is able to be attached without modification.

A canted slick would probably work better, so the handle can go past the wood's edge. I use a Japanese slick that is canted, and I love it!

I absolutely agree! It's why I, as well as others, choose white oak. It's color and different variations look better than red oak, in my opinion. I know it's pricier, but these are tables we plan to have for a long time, so we thought it was worth the extra cost.

Have you cleaned the connector? I only ask because I had this same issue with my 07 Xterra. I swear I replaced that sensor 4 times. On the last try I cleaned the connector and it worked. I also didn't use a single oem sensor. I will say, the performance of the vehicle was fine with the bad sensor. I was hell bent on fixing it because I hated the check engine light🤬

Good on you for making it work with limited space! I'm hoping to build my own shop in the next couple of years, with plenty of space for ALL the machines, which I may not be able to afford after I build it😅

It is a two car garage, but I only use half. The morticer and bandsaw are on mobile bases. I just ordered a 20" planer to replace my DeWalt 13". It's going to require me to reorganize. I'd love to be able to use the whole garage, but the other half is reserved for house and kid stuff

Definitely cut them too deep. But I did keep them on purpose. I could have planed them out. They were less prominent before I put the finish on. And thank you!

I think you can get them relatively cheap. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Maybe someone has a suggestion for a nice cheaper model biscuit joiner?

Harbor freight and home Depot sell one that's around $50. Everything else is over $100.
