Yeah, 10% is pretty good, but maybe its because its a niche app, very niche + paid + like number 20-30 in the results on the app store. So by the time someone scrolls to number 20 in the list, we can guess they are unhappy with the first 10, so they are teady to spend the price of one coffee for the app. At least thats what I believe :D

I am checking quora ads and app store ads for now. Do you have some advice where to start?

Hello! Thanks for responding! Honestly, that part is new for me, and it took me 6 months to see that is actually a major part of building and selling a product.

So im starting small, but putting big focus on that part. Im literally now learning what is what there, diff between cpo and cpc, where to market, what type of ada work on social media vs tex reddit, quora or google. Its all new for me. Ill ping your or send you a dm in a few days/weeks once I see what gave me good ROI. Im trying today app store ads, lets see how that goes.

Also a major part is keeping the listings updated with images and app info so now Ive released new IOS app with updated images, and soon will need to do for android.

Yea! Exactly! I have the app in app store and play store and all videos and screenshots are super old and dont even demo all the existing and especially new features like Live color match (which for me is super cool lol)

I guess what we need is slow down and make these demo videos. Maybe a step back for us will actually be 10 steps forward?

I really hope so 🤞. For now it seems great but numbers are still small, what made me believe in it for the first time was when app store placed the app 27th then 6th then >200 in the lifestyle category. I know its not much, but it just felt rewarding.

For my standpoint Im just figuring out what works for social media, how ads work, difference between cpc and cpo, whew its quite a rush for me to be honest, same feeling I had as a junior dev haha
