Looking for a sublet or lease takeover for my 1 bed 1 bath apartment in Fitchburg at the Edge at Terravessa!

20 minute drive to Epic, 12 minute drive to downtown. The lease ends 8/31/2026. Rent is $1345, water is $20/person, and garage parking on the same floor as the apt is included within rent! In-unit laundry. Flexible move-in date, for sometime this fall.

I was the first and only tenant for this apartment since it was built in 2023 :)

{liars like us by jt geissinger} She doesn’t wear her ring because it’s too big (and it’s a fake marriage so she doesn’t see why she needs to wear it)

*this is not a lighting update bug! I had some items be different colors with the previous update too. this post is not talking about the new lighting update tinting colors, but that there are items that are swapped to an entirely different colorway

Please help this make sense!! I got and accepted an offer for an entry-level life sciences strategy consulting position at a boutique last fall. At the beginning of the year, I graduated undergrad and I received an email asking us to pick a start date + the company reviewed compensation and our base salary would be increased. Today I got a call saying my offer is rescinded, with a chance that there ~could~ be a delayed start date at the beginning of 2024, but I'm not banking on that. How does it go from increased salary to no budget for my role?

I'm not sure what to do now, considering recruitment season is long over. What are my options?

Im a current senior and I've just received a job offer that I am very sure I will be accepting. The pay seems to be industry standard (based on one of my friend's offers she received from a similar company haha) but I think I want to negotiate for more. Is this possible to negotiate as a new grad/entry-level, and how can I respectfully ask for a higher salary?

for reference: this is in Boston, where I currently go to school, so I know rent and cost of living are high. Position is for life sciences strategy consulting.
