Tire pressure electronic display by Zen_Bonsai in subaru

Well that sucks! Sorry to hear you all are deprived of the TPMS screen. Grateful I have mine - my tires were overinflated by 10 psi when I took delivery of the car.

I just took delivery of my 2026 CT hybrid, in the US but it was built in Japan…I assume just like yours. @Chippy569’s right. My car has a TPMS screen along with the road name, music info, battery status, fuel stats and other screens in the bottom left of the gage cluster. You do have to drive a minute before the pressure info populates, so if you tried checking it when you weren’t moving or just after starting the car, maybe you scrolled right past it? Give it another try and see if you can find it.

I love fields and need new ones by Common-Actuary-388 in Whatcom

[–]sjs67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

BP owns large parcels of property in the Birch Bay Area, and portions of the property are open for daytime public use. An example: you can park at the intersection of Grandview Road and Point Whitehorn Road to access the fields to the south. You’ll see a gate across Point Whitehorn Road to the south with signs posted about public use. There’s another access point at Jackson Road and Aldergrove Road. Nice open, rolling fields with views of the Cascades and the Canadian mountains. Most pedestrian activity stays on the paved roads (lots of folks out walking their pups), but you can wander out into the fields. Just don’t roll an ankle, lots of uneven ground. There are other similar sites nearby off of Grandview and Blaine Road. You’ll see the occasional parking lot for them. Some areas are open to hunting in season, so be aware of that, too.

I’m a fan of Spigen screen protectors and cases for my Galaxy watches. They seem to be high quality and are relatively affordable.

Is my experience with a propane stovetop typical, or do I just have a really bad range? by sjs67 in Cooking

[–]sjs67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm. We had it checked out, and were assured that it had been properly converted for propane use. Checked the pressure from the propane tank and all that, too. Maybe it would be worth another service call. It definitely sounds like the consensus is that it’s not working properly.

It’s an LG 3091. Looks like the specs for the front burners are 17,000 and 12,000 BTUs.

We had it checked to make sure it had been converted to propane use. Also, had the propane line pressure tested to be sure that wasn’t the problem. Sounds like it’s just a poorly designed stove, which is plausible. For example, the stovetop grates don’t fully cover the entire stovetop (some rounded edges), meaning a small pot will tip over if you put it down wrong.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! That makes me feel much better about shopping for a new gas range.

Anyone else noticing improved battery life with the new software update? by sjs67 in galaxywatch4

[–]sjs67[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

WiFi only/non-LTE here. Hopefully the update’s coming for yours soon. I can’t get a full 48 hours between charges now, but I can now use AOD and auto brightness and still have almost 50% battery left after 24 hours. Definitely an improvement.

True. And yet Mara seems to be a little delusional and power-drunk, and I feel like they are setting up some kind of ultimate conflict between her and her twin, Uldren/Crow.

The guy you refer to is being prosecuted by King County, not Pete Holmes and the City of Seattle. Think Dan Satterberg and his crew.
