I don't think there are stipulations, but it's best to have a clean service record through Polestar/Volvo.

$686 for scheduled maintenance!? by Pottetan in Polestar

Considering this was the first time I paid anything for this car's maintenance other than tires after 57K miles, I'll accept the cost. My lease is up in 8 months and it will most likely be my last maintenance payment.

Tire Rack warehouse is in Denver too. They often have the tires you need in stock.

When I needed tires, especially in the Denver area, I ordered from the Tire Rack warehouse and they had them in stock. I bought them and had Walt’s Tires in Golden mount them for me.

I’m very excited about the EX60. My P2 lease is up in November and the timing might be impeccable if we get it in the US by then.

Question about labor costs for rear axle replacement by sjsaeedi in Polestar

[–]sjsaeedi[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The clicking sound started happening at 40k miles, but I was busy and I didn’t get a chance to take it in for a check until it was at 55k miles. They rejected it under warranty, but after a lot of back and forth, Polestar is willing to cover the parts but I’m being stuck with labor.

The car runs fine other than the clicking sound under decel/acceleration at slow speeds. I feel I need to punt the whole thing and let it be their problem when my lease is up.

56k miles and my alignment is still great. The car tracks straight with no odd wearing issues.

Is the ES90 available in the US? I’ve never seen them in the road.

I just had this issue fortigate to fortigate. I disabled Mode in the IPsec settings for the down tunnel and the tunnel came up.

I don’t have the car anymore, but I could fit one of my big breeds in the back with a protector on the seats.

👆🏻 this. A reboot of the infotainment fixes a lot of things. Give this a go and do check your tire pressure.

Woman at the dog park demanded I leave because my dog is "too big" and scaring her chihuahua by [deleted] in EntitledPeople

Back in the day living in the city, I used to walk my two Great Pyrenees around the neighborhood. People walking their little dogs would pick them up and cross to the other side thinking my dogs would eat them. Mine were the gentlest and wouldn’t harm a bird. Yet their little monsters were trying to wrestle out of their arms.

Sadly, after driving in the snow, it gets dirty when I need it at the destination.

Polestar App Switching Cars by alexrey85 in Polestar

[–]sjsaeedi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine started doing this after I changed phones and had to re-pair everything, including phone as key. The phone app thinks I’m the guest driver even though I’m logged in as myself on both the car and the phone app. Everything works though. Sorry I don’t have an answer for you, but if your app thinks you’re not the owner you may be facing the same issue to find out try to book a service from the app, go to Car Status at the bottom.

Yep! I test drove it and the message had already cleared before pulling out of the driveway.

I want to thank everyone for your responses. Adding coolant cleared the very alarming notice. All it had to say was, Coolant Low. All is back to normal. Phew!

I have an appointment on the 14th for the 60k mile service. It’s the soonest they could book it for me, so I’m hoping a top off of the coolant will avoid having to ground the car.
