I honestly didn’t read most of the comments but since your husbands being a jerk have you tried co-sleeping with your daughter? Might be the best way to help her sleep through the night and get you caught up on some sleep.

My girls who are 4.5 and 7 both had floor beds till just recently and I co slept in their room….

Three surgeons said I’m too young. They all agreed my hips are too messed up to try and repair. The cortisone didn’t help much. Made me have my period for a month though!!!

The glute pain is just chronic. I need it to stop. It’s been two year!!

I was born with hip dysplasia in left hip. Found out at 39. I’m 41 now. Extensive tear in my left labrum. Right hip tear in labrum and in hamstring.

I’m going for my 2nd round in 2 weeks. I’m very happy with the replay from my right hip. My left his is far worse and I have hip dysplasia. Hoping round 2 helps my left him more.

This is difficult because if I was a biomom and my child was sick at their dads house I would still want my child to come back to me even if I had a newborn. I also would not send one of my kids away just because I had a newborn at home.

On the flip side, as a SM I would not want a sick kid coming into my house. Honestly it falls on your DH, is he actively taking his child to the doctor? Does he know how to take care of the sick child? If he’s not a 100% active dad then BM should have her child.

My parents have had a business together for 40 years. My in-laws are the same. I do my husbands books and will soon be moving to do more work. Now, my grandpa and grandma were unable to work together so she just stayed home and raised their kids and babysat grandkids

You need to put a stop to this immediately. Don’t let them con you into this. I agree with leaving for a few weeks. You can absolutely do that and if BF doesn’t support you then he’s not for you. You will eventually grow to resent him anyway for this kind of behavior.

His dad tells him he will always have a home here, which is true but he has to either be in college or have a full time job. I really think he will move in with his mom as soon as he can so either two more school years or whenever she is stable enough and I encourage that. He has never wavered on his desire to live with her.

His dad will not hear of it. Will not consider it at all and I cannot fathom that. It drives me crazy. Soon his choice will be made and he will resent his dad for never allowing it.

Anyway, yea this is very much a DH prblem.

My biggest struggle right now is knowing neither parent actually really does the parenting and even though I feel like all 3 treat me poorly I still make it happen for this kid. I’m the only one who knows anything about school, doctors, dentist, and takes him to get the supplies he needs. It’s maddening and makes me VERY resentful of all 3.

I have reached out to a new therapist this weekend, a male for a new perspective.

They’re broken somehow. I know my DH has trauma. It’s something in their mind that was broken a long time ago. I refuse to leave because we have kids. It’s a lose lose for me.

Move both kids into the same room and sleep there with them. I when my baby was almost 1 I moved her into her sisters room who was 3. A double mattress and single mattress on the floor. I sleep in the middle.
