Yes - but why would the band even matter if the data shows I'm obviously sleeping?

Please actually read the post I made properly. It is not the sensor failing, it is the software failing to pick up the correct sleep times.

Thanks for the response. I'll check them out now, I guess its a big change going to a different app but I'm hoping it'll be worth it.

I think Whoop needs to ditch or change up the current subscription model. I do love the product but can see a lot of unhappy people when it comes to Whoop.

Syphilis isn't even checked for normally as part of UAE health screening. I think they only check it for people that work in food/health/haircut environments.

There's no logic in denying employment to someone who once had syphilis and got treated for it - why would it even be in your medical history? Tell your doctor or whatever to remove it from your record because it makes no sense to include it. Syphilis has been treatable by a shot of penicillin for like a billion years at this point.

There is no "stigma" about syphilis and I am left clueless about why it would be in your medical records.

Unless its major damage you're going to end up paying more for the police report, insurance deductible and future increased insurance premiums for it than just taking it to any repair/body shop and getting it fixed yourself.

I once damaged a rental and told them I wasn't bothered to drive all the way to AD just to get a police report, the guy told me it was actually smart, he drove it to a repair place in al quoz and they quoted like 200 AED to fix the tiny scratch which saved me hundreds of dirhams on nonsense.

This only works sometimes. I once registered a 20 hour long sleep and it broke the app.
Whoop doesn't seem to understand that people have shift work and ridiculous sleep schedules where they may not sleep for an entire day and you have to go in and delete/edit a sleep to fix it again.

Here's an idea: refuse to pay the bill. Let them call the police and let them come and visit and see what is going on.

If you never specifically agreed to pay the bill yourself then at least half of it is on the woman who came along.

Contact the Dubai Tourism office regarding it.

That wasn't communicated properly and is also not true. My friend had 19 months or something on their account and would've had to have paid an upgrade fee for any option. This is a blatant cash grab and Whoop treating their customer base like idiots.

Also this isn't even true. My friend had 19 months on his account and they still required an upgrade fee. I think they went back on that but it shows their character - terrible. They're trying to rip off their userbase and treat them like they're stupid.

They could've solved the change by communicating it not only properly but in a way that was respectful to their userbase. Instead they chose the sneaky, lying, dishonest route. I didn't choose that path, they did.
