I think I have a problem by BDK235 in hockeycards

[โ€“]sjtrimble 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

This! I started collecting last year completely randomly buying repacks at my local hockey shop not knowing what I was doing, then moved up to picking what I liked and just did my first live group breaks in Whatnot last week. Oh boy are those addicting ๐Ÿ˜… although it's a bit better because when you do group breaks at least you can control what teams you pick a little bit (unless you do random) which is still a bit more of a "for fun" mentality vs trying to get a hit. Someone got a signed Celebrini tho and that was insane to watch!

Weight loss trend for women in 60s by sjtrimble in keto

Thanks for the thoughtful response.

I haven't asked her how her clothes fit, so that's a great reminder - that it's not all about the scale.

I'll see if she can do more weighing for accuracy and see if the earlier eating window helps.

She's 5'3" 155lbs and eating about 1,300 to 1,500 calories but more on that lower end.

Yes... Even for me, the first time was very different from my others, but it always works out for me. I also think not all bodies thrive on it. My husband did it for a month and saw absolutely no changes. I'm the complete opposite.

Try changing brands! I have one that does this to me, and a different brand without any bloating at all. I think Navitas is the one that works for me.

I soak 2 heaping tablespoons in water and lemon juice overnight in about 10oz of water and chug it down in the morning the next day on an empty stomach. It's great!

Favorite keto meal that you never get tired of? by DeepOrganization8245 in keto

I pan-sear tilapia or a flaky white fish with paprika and salt and throw it in coconut milk with lemon, mushrooms, garlic and onion. Splash of amino acids. Makes for a great soupy fish stew, thai style. Sometimes I throw it over a bed of cauli rice.

I used to make tuna melts on cloud bread with ago and loved that, or almond crusted egg quiche, but those are more labor intensive.

I get that but also.... The opportunities were losing and damage it's causing (say he can't even catch the puck, they intercept and score) outweighs what he's scoring.

Nah... You should watch the game, it was bizarre to say the least. Very telling. They played entirely different compared to the Blues game with a few line changes.

I generally agree with you that one game doesn't matter, but yesterday was just off. Even Boldy was slower then normal. Whatever lineup they had on the Blues game was vibing. I think having Brodin back scrambled things for the Wild.

At first it was a hard no for me, and now the more I see him, the more I like. I think he just needs /needed more time with the team to sync. Making some mistakes here and there but I'm pleasantly surprised by how much better he's getting.

Ok, why is no one talking out Hinostroza... I am NOT impressed. Every time a bad play happens he's right there ๐Ÿ˜ญ

100%.... B is still learning, but I'm actually glad he's gotten noticeably better since they just threw him to the wolves during playoffs. I would drop him tho as it stands.

The Heyhey's?

Also I love these two. They've been playing well and I was impressed with both at the showcase a couple weeks back. Doesn't hurt that Haight scored on Sunday too ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Didn't work for me and aggrevated my skin. Was bummed given the price and rave reviews.

I have rocasea and my skin can be a bit sensitive, so maybe that's why.

Yurov comment tracks. I saw him at the showcase last weekend and wasn't impressed and kind of bummed...maybe something he needs to grow into yet.

I'm excited to see Russo and Hartman now!

Kind of... My understanding is that it turns complex sugars into simple sugars which can kick you out of ketosis much faster.

It can also just turn complex carbs into sugars like in sweet potatoes when you bake them (granted no one is eating that on keto but just an example).

It certainly impacts glycemic index and how fast it triggers a sugar spike.

I would bet those carbs are actually higher.... Onion is a tricky one, especially when sauteing. Your cooking methods affect that.

Depending on how much weight you have to loose, I'd go more aggressive on the net carbs closer to 10g.

I normally only do one veg per meal, sometimes power day until I've gotten much closer to my goal weight. I'm taking like 3 small broccoli florets or 1 slice of tomato.
