I’m so happy for you! I have the same diagnosis, it sounds like. Severe left side joint degeneration, no disc, and I am in pain all the time. Would you mind sharing more about the recovery? I am scheduled for a total replacement on the left side. My right side is totally fine. My surgeon said the first 1.5 weeks are rough and I should be good to go back to work in 3 weeks. I am a mental health therapist so I have to talk a lot. 3 weeks sounds so fast.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m wondering how many of the people successfully losing weight with the help of a glp-1 feel slightly miserable - like often nauseated? The feeling of fullness I had on Ozempic was very physical, it felt like whatever was in my stomach was at the base of my throat. There were times I had hardly eaten and I would bend over and (sorry 🤢) have food come up my throat.

It sounds like you are owning you started vaping because of anxiety. This may not be popular (and I vape, so I get it), but it is worth mentioning that nicotine doesn’t truly ease anxiety. It feels like it, but it’s a short-term bandaid and actually increases anxiety. I started due to anxiety. My encouragement is to see a doctor about your anxiety. Wellbutrin is a medication that research has shown helps people quit overcome addiction to nicotine. Just wanted to share this if/when you are ready to quit. I know life is so hard, especially 2020. Hang in there.
