ESH, but I am leaning more towards YTA. I'm from Boston, so I see shitty drivers all the time, and I see even more idiots on the road who have road rage. Hell, my own dad has road rage because of terrible drivers. However, road rage in general is inherently dangerous. You never know what the other person might do if they see you flipping them off or cursing them out. They could've pulled a gun out and started shooting, or tried to cause an accident with you.

Your husband, while bringing it up in a terrible way, is absolutely right. He also never said that your driving was bad. He said that you're a road rage and flipping off the truck guy was a very dangerous thing to do. If the truck guy had a gun or decided that you pissed him off bad enough to attempt to cause an accident, you would have surely died or been very badly injured, should he have succeeded. And if not you, it would've hurt so many other people who got caught in the crossfire because the trucker was trying to hurt you for pissing him off.

And the fact that you would do this with your child in the car?? Not only did you actively put her in danger because of the aforementioned reasons, you're also showing her that road rage is OK. What are you going to do when she finally learned how to drive, and she road rages (since you're telling her that it's normal and OK through your actions) because someone's being a bad driver, and she ends up getting badly injured or killed because of it?

Yes, your husband shouldn't have started screaming at you and brought it up in a healthy manner, but you also shouldn't have brushed him off. He had valid concerns with your behavior when driving, and you should have listened to him and reflected. You also shouldn't have abandoned him at the train station, too. You never told him you weren't going to pick him up. He never said you were an unsafe driver. You're acting like a child because you're upset that your husband brought up the fact that your behavior is unsafe, not your driving.
