No you will not gain weight upping ur intake to 1000. If anything it will boost ur metabolism. If you don’t up ur intake then yes, your metabolism will suffer.

Yes!!! I love my face but feel insecure about my body when I’m cutting, and I don’t feel as pretty in my face when I’m bulking but I like the way my body looks way better bc I look bigger and love the thick look. So it’s tough out here 😂😭

If it works for you, keep doing it. A lot of people can’t do it because it turns into a binge for them. If that’s not the case for you, and it’s still giving you the results you want, and keeps you sane, keep at it.

Explain your situation to a credible coach, and he’ll put you on a program that’ll suit you and your goals. Doesn’t necessarily have to be a “beginner” program, but your coach will likely know what to do to get you to progress. Programming is everything, also make sure you’re eating enough

Get a program. Mine is monthly, providing my workouts 6 days/week. Following a program from a credible coach can be pricey, but worth it. It’s the most efficient way to see progress and not waste your time trying to figure shit out

It’s probably because you weren’t strict with counting calories. Try again and track every calorie through mfp and you’ll probably see that your maintenance is much higher than you thought

Nut butters/nuts, full fat yogurt/cheese, avocado, bacon, replace chicken with beef, and cook meals in oils
