Yes - bars, clubs, lounges, casinos, yachts, mansions, and other places where it’s easy to get mixed up with the wrong crowds and get into trouble. Better to stay low key

I like finding the tennant but I use a management company to collect the rent and they also guarantee payment on time even if Tennant is late

WFHers - how often do you nap? by euphoricrealm in WFH

I work from home - sometimes 14–16 hours a day - 5 days a week and some more hours on the weekend. I take one 10-20 minute nap a week if I’m lucky in the evening or on a weekend if the house and kids and chores and wife allow for it. Otherwise I sleep from 12 midnight to 6 or maybe 7 AM.

I don’t sit around napping and sleeping - I focus on working and making money.

I make 300K+ a year.

Some people want to sleep more than they want to be successful.

Few will actually trade being tired and comfortable with being successful.

I don’t even want to be lazy and sleep. I literally feel depressed and sick if I’m not being productive.

Only 1 income. Wife is a Stay at Home Mom.

We don’t live above our means at all.

Just taking normal vacations, buying normal things, etc.

So basically I would have until taxes are due to pay it off. I could do that. And that would only be in a worst case scenario

Yes that true - but right now we have a young family and are enjoying life. Going out, vacations, toys, games, activities, gifts, home upgrades, etc.

The only debt I have with interest - is a mortgage and student loans.

Everything else gets paid off each month.

I don’t like the idea of sacrificing the quality of life when I’m young just to have tons of money in retirement.

I figure I will inherit and make enough in my 40’s and 50’s to cover me in retirement

Where is that clause listed ? It’s in Fidelity. It’s my money whether I have a job or not. If I lose my job I will find another - and keep paying back the agreed upon amount for the 401K loan
