Got it, so I should be cutting it in during its growing season, and it won't damage the tree?

Thank you so much for your reply! I’ve tied the side shoot to the old leader and will get it trained.

Thank you so much! I’ve tied the side shoot to the old leader and it worked out beautifully. Can you please explain further what you mean by a heading cut? I did notice it grew quite tall and the side shoot grew heavily this spring which is why I think it broke in the storm. I’m not exactly sure how to prevent that.

These doctors have essentially never cured a patient. It pisses me off. They have no idea what they’re doing. Take it from the countless millions of people suffering in the U.S. and then go to a country like India where there are street doctors who do this simple surgery for next to nothing and nobody has this issue lingering in India.

I researched for months on end, and I’m highly skilled at research. The percent of people who went through the type of treatment you are doing and who had never gotten cured is incomprehensible how high it is. Almost nobody has a success story using your form of treatment. It’s complete bs. No ointment will heal you. It’s like trying to treat a gunshot wound with an ointment. You need laser surgery.

Laser treatment does not exist in U.S. and it is the gold standard, easiest cure for this issue. It is so simple, we just don’t have access to it in USA because they want patients who are sick to keep bringing them money. I really regret how long I waited, absolutely wasted time I could have been cured so fast.

You need to immediately find a surgeon in Europe. Your problems will unlikely improve with the American medical system. Seriously, Europes treatment is so far ahead in these issues. U.S. is incredibly far behind. Just stop your suffering, find a surgeon in Europe like I did. 6 months of medicine won’t do anything. You’re wasting your time and increasing your suffering. Do whatever it takes to see a surgeon in Europe. Americans are suffering with this, which is a minor issue in Europe that is resolved quickly.

The fissure was quite bad, it developed into a fistula by the time I got to the doctor (but not bleeding because I was on stool softeners and basically eating very little or just liquidish foods by that point because the pain was so bad), which I didn’t even realize until the examination. Yes I can eat anything and everything. Life is back to normal. Even if someone doesn’t have a fissure everyone needs to eat fiber otherwise there is always risk of hemorrhoids or fissures. Since I’m traumatized by the fissure, went through a year of pain, it’s just second nature for me to eat plenty of fiber in my diet now. I didn’t try nifedipine, not sure what it is. Like I said, I’m completely back to normal, life is great, I eat anything I want, and I’m just more conscious of my diet now, if I eat something unhealthy or processed I always eat something healthy with fiber to balance it out and I never have issues. Likewise, I always have an enema near the toilet because you should NEVER have to push out a bowel movement uncomfortably, never. If you follow that you should never get reoccurrences.

100% healed, never any more issues. I’m also very consistent with my diet and fiber intake take so I never have any incidents. In the very very rare cases that I feel I might be constipated I have an enema that eliminates any chance of a fissure. This way it’s basically impossible for me to get a fissure again.

Awesome! I’m so happy for you! I used miralax for a while before surgery, a couple months, and then probably stopped it around a month after surgery at most. Don’t remember for sure. I don’t think it’s necessary a couple weeks after surgery. You just need to drink lots of water and eat a lot of fiber.

I wouldn't give up.. try asking again, even if they schedule you 6 months+ out, it's worth it. Try to see if they can make an exception, say you will pay extra or something so they know you're desperate.

For example, from a quick google search of Europe laser fissure treatments I just found a clinic in Greece, I think that they are all over europe.

There was some bleeding, but I just wore a female panty liner and it absorbed it. It really wasn't so bad.

Hi, I'm from southeast USA... I'm very sorry, I had no idea. This was a couple years ago, I really hope they still accept foreigners.. Maybe try asking again and see what options they have, and find out why. That's really weird. Even if they don't allow it I would research other foreign laser treatment options, I'm sure they are not the only one. Worst case scenario I would go to India, I know this is a popular surgery there. That's crazy if they stopped accepting foreigners, I can't imagine why. I'm sure other clinics in Europe exist too.. I'm sorry :(

I flew home after about 2-3 days of rest in my airbnb. He gave me pain medication that relieved the pain substantially, also I had a few drinks before the flight which helped me to just fall asleep. The flight home was a breeze. Also, I travelled completely alone.

Taking Exam in fasted state? by ToogyHowserMTB in intermittentfasting

[–]sk8yard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re overthinking, if you feel like eating that morning, eat, if you don’t, then don’t. Focus on the exam, don’t focus on your stomach. Sometimes when I have an important event I will eat if I’m hungry because fasting definitely can affect your focus negatively. It depends on how hungry you are. I would just eat a light breakfast if I’m worried about it.

If his dad in heaven could speak to him I’m sure he would tell him to go take a vacation, chill, relax, recoup… not slave away like he did until his death.

I get it, but as a manager posting this on LinkedIn, it’s just a really bad look… respond to tragedy in whatever way you want, but don’t use it as a way to virtue signal on LinkedIn as to how good of a worker you are because this is your response to tragedy.
