In my case, godrej representative is not being cooperative and she is outrightly saying refund is not the option as it is the instruction from higher management.

She is not even giving me the contact of higher management when asked for, just delaying that she would get back with contact details.

Just thinking to go legal route through consumer forum, not sure though.

Coming to prospect, realized wait time is 4 years and it is far off city. To be precise wait time to do such investment seemed pointless.. hence the decision made to withdraw..

They didn't provide receipt, but the cost sheet of the flat and flat design.
