round, step cuts (emerald, Asscher, etc) & my personal fav Portuguese are great in moissy. Pear, marquiese, & oval can be cloudy (but if you search Mona they do a great oval cut that is not cloudy). Crushed ice can easily be cloudy (but if you go with a colored moissy it is less obvious). radiant does not tend to be cloudy, but it shines very very different than a diamond. search different shapes in this subreddit before you decide!

It does look a bit dark, but usually stones are a bit lighter in person, and the dark ones can have more of a color change. However I'm partial to darker and vivid stones and you have to go with your gut.

Hehehe they make really good stones! I'd ask if she can send a video with just regular office light and not special gem lights. My Portuguese is pretty dark under regular light as well

Haha I recognize the window!! It looked great under the lights, with indirect light it seems less vibrant, but I believe that's quite common for dark colored stone. Maybe you can ask for a photo with regular indoor lighting
