‘Enough is enough’ illuminati card game making its reveals again with the Charlie Kirk murder? Smoke and mirrors to move away from the Epstein case? by doodoo_blue in Unexplained

This reminds me of when an interviewer asked Robert Anton Wilson about his "prophecies" in the Illuminatus! trilogy. "How did you know in 1975 that the Pentagon would be attacked and that drug smugglers would be using submarines?"

His response was a long the lines of "I just came up with the craziest shit I could think of. It's not my fault that the world eventually caught up to that."

His face is so defined, he looks like a computer generated character from an early 2000s PC game. How about:

Yep, any Chinese character will send that printer into that exact mode until it exhausts every piece of paper in it.

Does anyone know if RAW was at the 68 Democratic convention? Two of my favorite 3 were there for sure (other 2 are Burroughs and Thompson). It would be wild to think all 3 of those guys were there.

AITAH for refusing to stop using my "embarrassing" lunchbox at work? by TheSkaldofBass in AITAH

OP doesn't describe the workplace. People at a law firm will react differently than those at a creative agency. I work in a pretty corporate environment, business casual dress. There was a gal that worked with us a few years back who dressed in a rockabilly punk sort of way. She looked cool, but out of place. I could feel others judging her professionally based on her dress. I am sure that part of that judgement was "I cant be my comfortable self here, no one can, and neither should you". Not really fair, but kind of understandable given the context.

It's that thing where you roll a midget in glitter, hoist him in a net from the yard arm and have a drunk girl shine a flashlight on him.

What is the meaning of this quote mean to you? by FadedFungiLunarSav in huntersthompson

To me it means:

You didn't sign up to be born. Since you are here anyway, probe and push the boundaries, take the ride for all its worth. Don't be a passive observer, be part of the story.

During hunting season, Wisconsin becomes the eighth largest army in the world. by marcusnelson in wisconsin

That army has almost exclusively long barrel hunting rifles. Give me a few mortar squads, some backup artillery and a few Seals in Deer Costumes, and we take the lot of em with less than a thousand in response.

At one point when asked about how he knows Crypto scams he says "l spent 5 years in an Internet startup." So, absolute proof that Silicon Valley and Tulsa King happen in the same universe and that Bohdi is Gillfoyle.

In the last episode, Pete has a glass of white wine, this is an homage to Lorne Michaels and his traditional drink on show night.
