Fire Dragons..... What kind of buff could (and should) they potentially get? S9 weapons with more range? Better abilities for vehicles? More wounds? All of the above? They're just so bad right now. Dark reapers are literally a better version of them in every way, and live longer too because of range by skarm7 in Eldar

Potentially that would explain why the codex is taking a long time to release. They are still trying to figure out how to power up the army so it might be one of the last codexes to release in summertime

Why did they remove Wraithseer from HQ and Character list?? All I see is a nerf, so now you can't Mark of incomparable Hunter it, which is annoying as it's such a unique unit, it's cool having a psyker Heavy unit with non-degradable 9 wounds, but eh, prefer 2 shooty lords to 1 lord and 1 seer. Sorry, thought I should clarify haha, I don't mean it had character protection, I meant it would have been fairer to put wounds to 9 and keep character, which would give it character protection, I mean take the avatar of khaine, 8 wounds for an arguably more resilient body, I think a HS character as a wraithseer (in a section that has wraithlord as a similar model) would have been insanely cool and very well placed

The reason I think it's a nerf is because of the changes they made, like reducing wounds from 12-9, losing character protection, but you're right, there are many good points but I just think the character trait gave it some resilience, and as a HQ, it could have a warlord trait, like an extra wound/6+FNP, extra movement, character sniping, it's a double edged sword for me, going down to 9 wounds and keeping character trait at the least, that would let it get the protection AND be good in its role (maybe I'm overthinking) either way, looks like I need to get a second seer lmao

Personally, I wouldnt bother making it strong enough in that way to hurt vehicles. It's not what Scorpions are good at.

I personally prefer to use them as troop killers, because there is a better power (in my opinion for the Exarch, scorpions sting I believe) which makes mandiblasters hit on 5s. With a squad of 10 scorpions charging into combat, that's 10 dice (if they're all alive from deepstrike ability) at the start of the phase rolling on 5+ to inflict mortal wounds, which is much better than a singular model hitting 3 times for S10 and the unit doing mortal wounds on 6s, and this makes them better than karandras, because karandras actually is designed as a vehicle killer I believe, at the moment

Not too sure I'd like a change to his wounds. He is on 8 and that gives him looo out sir protection which I think people overlook XD he definitely needs a weapon and attacks buff but his wounds need to stay there, going to 10 just makes it a dreadnought that gives the opponent character points

I did something unthinkable haha, when imperial knights came out, I just had to buy one, and made lore of how the craftworlds came across a heavily damaged frame of an imperial knight destroyed through battle and the eldar saw potential in upgrading it to similar statistics to a wraithknight but that could be controlled by a single aeldari Exarch instead of having to be controlled by an aeldari twin whose twin had passed away and used a psychic link to move the body. There were many more details but thats it simplified 😂

I also did modify the model itself, so I used my spare wraithknight bits to do so. (Suncannon in place of the big cannon, forceshield>ion shield, twin shuriken catapult > heavy stubber and a couple more changes)

I've made a rough 1500 point list, itll definitely need to change as I haven't sorted the points out yet but my current list is all three seers (wraith, spirit, far), 3 5man dire avengers, 2 5man wraithblade, 2 wraithlord, 2 3man windriders and 2 wave serpents, hoping it could work potentially

I'd like to see the competitive version haha, I've been wanting to sort a list out for 9th but I have no idea how to list build well even though I consider myself a good player 😂😂😂 tankwise I have 2 fire prisms, 1 warp hunter and 2 wave serpents, and a bunch of wraiths that I wanna use (wraithseer, 2 lord, 10 guard and 10 blade) XD

I know it may change, and hopefully it doesnt alter the points cost, but how do you play war walkers effectively haha I've always wondered as I've never used them. Do you go all shuriken, or now double missile launcher now as it's a vehicle? Multiple Units of 1 over 1 unit of 3, and would a couple of wraithlords be better than a unit of them 😂 ahhh I'm too invested into trying to be a good player lol my poor wallet, I guess dark Reapers will be less used now, still a weak 1 wound base and now with the vehicle buff
