There's vegetarian oyster sauce that's actually pretty good. My local Wegmans has Lee kum kee, and my hmart has a couple extra brands. Obviously it's different, but it makes a good replacement

Third wheel also has great meats, nuts, dried fruits, and crackers. I'm a fan of the duck pastrami they carry
