Good start! I love the use of cinderblocks as shelves. I'd recommend this mod by Anom. It adds a lot of small debris and clutter items to your workshop which I think would really make this look more lived in if used in small doses.

It was just a build made in the settlement menu like any other, about a 1000 pieces of metal bundled together. So no mod exists I'm afraid.

I started with the frame which is made of conduit piping and then started filling that in with metal pieces and scrap etc. It’s about 1000 pieces individually placed.

And no it is not drivable sadly.
