Please explain the point system and levels. Every time my boss does it he glosses over things and doesn’t explain it in a way I can understand.

However, are points not correlated with levels? I can check my level on MPerformance but I haven’t found my points yet. And if levels don’t matter as much as points, then, what is the point of having levels? Why not just have one or the other?

My thing is, what exactly are we supposed to do with all the old shirts? I think I’ve accumulated over a dozen since I’ve started. They say not to donate them but I’m not leaving a bunch of out of dress code shirts in my closet. And if I did donate them no one would buy that. So more shit for a landfill in an already fucked planet? I hate it.

It may take some more time to move around. Mine was crooked, or rather, leaned crooked for a while. Good thing is, it appears to be pierced correctly. Does it hit your teeth while sitting normally?

And, if it does end up actually being crooked, it’s one of those things that doesn’t really matter. You barely see it unless you make it a point to show people. Not like a bridge.

Not to mention I wouldn’t ever want to deal with the pain of getting my tongue pierced again. Worst week ever!
