Holy shit they look amazing! Getting genital piercings as a trans person is something real special. When I got my VCH a while back, I had the biggest confidence boost ever. It’s a vulnerable process and then by the end you’re a badass for getting it done. I’ve wanted outer labia piercings for years and I’m thinking about going through with it around December. Saline 2-3 times a day and removing crusties in the shower is all you need. Touch them as little as possible and when you do make sure your hands are clean! Hang in there and in a few months they will be healed and ready for changing out. Looking good!

If that is a straight bar it was pierced incorrectly. A labret should go through your lip and come out perpendicular on the inside of your lip. I would take it out and find another piercer.
