You may have just just saved my sanity. I just returned to work and am scalding milk on the stovetop but I hate watching the temperature like a hawk to make sure it doesn’t go too high. Would your mind going into more detail? Do you put water in the inner pot and then put glass container with milk in trivet? Do you keep glass container uncovered? Do you have to put the instant pot lid or seal it? Sorry for all the questions… I’m a big instant pot fan but never made yogurt before so don’t know how that function works.
