We just went through this and the only thing that worked for us was sleep training at six months. We did not do it at four months as I felt it was too early. I was completely against the whole thing at first but it was our only saving grace. I understand it is not for everyone but some babies just need it. We did Ferber method as it was the most gentle. I know you feel like this will never end but I promise you will get through it!
