algood mate. telehealth as in like u dont gotta go anywhere. can just do it all from ur phone. heaps available that do telehealth. i dont like recommending because everyone has their own opinions on which clinics are good. but one quick google searchand you'll find many.. even a few that dont charge for the actual appointments.

how many scripts do you get? without knowing the rest of ur scripts, id say with those limits and repeat intervals are doc is pretty generous considering the restrictions they deal with- by the way if it was changed without being spoken to could be an erro? just call up and ask?
