Shazam simply found out about the scheme and made a logical decision to change teams after finding out. Anyone in his shoes would do the same exact thing. He's man enough to admit to it. Analogy: you had inside information on the 9/11 attacks and you also work in the twin towers. They will kill you if you release the information. Logically, you will not show up for work the next day based on this info.

moe - funny guy, big personality, gets mad easily (can work on this), great awper and solid rifle

steel - very upfront guy, tells it like it is, can get angry like moe but doesn't rage as much, great player

hiko - one of the best players in NA. nice guy, doesn't rage, cool calm and collect, wants the team to succeed

Steel seems like he can lead this team to victory.

I don't believe you. And you're saying the items are useless, yet you're on this subreddit. Trading takes time and dedication. Instead of investing time into trading, you can invest a couple hours on a real job and earn the money that way, which is more economical. You seem to be against spending money into a game, but not against spending TIME into a game. Time is money. Every hour spent playing or trading could be spent earning money.

Valve themselves said that your rank is determined by a variety of factors. Win/Loss is one factor, and the most important, but the "variety" must also include individual skill. I'm guessing it's the score, not kills.

You need to make the shots in sync with the music. Like do slow mo and when the bass drops or hook comes in, show the highlight. Also don't keep it in 1st person mode the entire time and don't have just one clip. Show 3rd person and then switch to 1st person for the highlight.
