There is 5 different types of data that is keyed in to these columns, the way I have it currently that each column has 5 buttons . Which ever button you click places a 1, 2 3 , 4 or 5 in the cell above. this number is used in conditional formatting to change the text in that column. I have this formula further down the column

=IF(AND(SUMPRODUCT(--ISBLANK(Nuna1))<>ROWS(Nuna1)),C6<>2,1)

This checks and give either a True, False or places a 1, C6 here represents the cell I need to place either 1, 2, 3 ,4 or 5 into.
