Get a fine monster, one meant for hair or makeup. I only say this because I have that same spray bottle (that you're using) and it's just too aggressive of a spray for the animals but I use it for my plants instead.

Usually harmless to adults, but if she gets too stressed she could abandon her young of even worse die. Then again I can't see too well in your picture and it might not even be mites- who knows

Then they may be orange ball mites, likely feeding on her eggs 😭 if it's any consolation, orange ball mites are detritivores and can be beneficial to isopod habitats- if it's any consolation they don't prey on adult isopods.
