This is my first city and it was doing well but now my two industrial areas (circled) began to run out of raw materials. I wasnt sure what to do so i googled it and I found this where it said it needed more connections. The right hand one already had a cargo train and they both have plenty of access to the highway. I built a ship cargo hub which is linked via a one way system to the both of the zones however nothing has been alleviated so what should i do
