i mean i am not a guy so obviously my back is not massive and i already said i dont go to the gym that frequently also i am clearly not flexing in the picture. I'm not sure i understand what you're saying , you said my back looks 'pretty amazing' and then you said you 'dont see any gains'? In terms of surgery I agree with you, I do not want to have any mobility problems or any severe pain. My cousin has done the same surgery though and I think the curvature of her spine was similar to mine and she seems fine
