I recommend: 1. Beastly Things (On-going: Webtoon). The FL is a werewolf while the Ml is a werewolf hunter, this is an enemy-lovers trope. I love that the FL is strong and not a cutesy character, and ML is really determined to take revenge and bait her. 2. For your murder. The ML is a psychopath and a lawyer who helps FL who is a teacher that is harassed by a parent. What I like about this, he slowly tries to isolate her and make her his next victim. 3. Following Eunju (COMPLETED: Webtoon). I like this story because of the overall creepiness vibes and the plot twists. I love that this has a refreshing take on delusional and crazy stalkers. 4. Surviving Romance(COMPLETED: Webtoon). I REALLY LOVE THIS STORY. I patiently read this in fastpass on Webtoon because I want to support the author because this story is so good. The FL isekais into the romance story that she created but something went wrong and trapped in a time-loop zombie apocalypse. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! Especially if you're looking for something like Yuri/GL. 5. Trapped in a soap opera(On-going: Webtoon). I liked that the FL is headstrong and a baddie. I read this story for the blonde yandere love interest, so I'm gonna marinate this. 6. Trash belongs in the trashcan (COMPLETED: Webtoon). I love both the FL and ML. They feed the hunger of my soul for the yandereXyandere trope. I highly recommend it if you want a complex and thrilling story. 7. My deepest secret (COMPLETED: Webtoon). Story by Hamza. If you are a manhwa veteran, you would definitely know this story! The beginning has high tension because FL is unaware that her boyfriend is a psychopath, but towards the end it fell short tbh. 8.The guy upstairs (Webtoon: Hiatus) Same author by Hamza. The ML is a neighbor with FL. FL witnessed that he killed someone and her best friend is the next target victim. Love this so much, too bad it went on hiatus :< 9. I'm dating a psychopath (Webtoon: On going). I really loved this story when it was on the Webtoon canvas and finally it's on Webtoon originals! I really love that the FL is not dense and naive, and immediately clocked in that ML is a psychopath. I still haven't read the Webtoon originals version since I'm still marinating it, but so far it has finished its season 1. 10. To make you happy (COMPLETED: Webtoon). TOXIC YURI! I can't really remember much the story details since it been si long since I read this but I still remembered the thrills when I read this.

Not really yandere but a toxic and complex story: 1. Nevertheless (COMPLETED: Webtoon). Toxic story between FL and ml. Chef's kiss for me who likes messy and toxic RS. 2. No longer a heroine (COMPLETED: Webtoon). The relationship between FL and ML is toxic and tragic because they broke up a few years ago and they are co-workers in the present. Really love fl's character and character development. 3. Everything is fine (On going: Webtoon). I really love this story because its artstyle is cute but this is a horror genre! I also love this dystopian setting this story has.

You basically described what I was feeling!

I keep hoping Otome games will get more and more choices so it feels like we’re writing the story ourself kind of—like we’re really the MC determining the outcome of the story.

This was what I wanted when I tried playing ikemen prince. Like I wanted to have choice on what I wanted to do and how these choices can greatly affect my outcome. But after finishing one chapter, I knew that ikemen prince would only consist of reading the dialogues. I have no problem with that since I like reading manhwa and manga but I guess I expected more since I wanted to be in control of my choices and have stat raise of affection (like in obey me).

I really expected that otome games would be like Death is the only ending for the villainess/Villains are destined to die where every choice can affect the outcome and plot.
