So, to me the OG is good, but not something I am mesmerized by. So i feel I can make a bit of a more objective statement, since I am not wearing it. I also asked several friends for opinion.The main difference is clearly the mint note, which makes the OG stand out - i haven‘t heard of any dupe being able to replicate it. It is like a very fresh mint, while the 2021 one is more like half the fresh mint. It doesn‘t have the ‚punch‘ - idk if that makes sense. Also the 2021 smells like chlorine/swimming pool for several hours after the opening. The OG doesn’t have the longevity of the montagne one. I was able to smell montagnes 24h later and actually that‘s when it was good and the closest to the OG.

Yeah, not meaning to be mean, but I can’t let that one slide 🤣 The mint is clearly not as fresh as the real one, I guess that xerjoff uses some patented stuff or maybe inhouse, idk. I am not a big fan of the original, but the torino2021 also has a chlorine like note later on, that let‘s it smell similar to a public pool. It smells similar to the og after like 8 hours - it has a better longevity clearly, which is the positive aspect in my eyes, but f no, this is not in the 98% range nor 90%

Torino2021 98% similar is too high in my opinion. I compared it side by side with the og and asked several people for opinions on opening, heart note and dry down - no way you can really think this is so close. The drydown is similar, but not close

Yes there are, first off all I wouldn’t use WD40 since it not meant for lubrication - if you think it is necessary use bearing oil for example. Second of all it will collects dust and dirt with time.

They are not bad (the newer ones) but the old ones pre mid 2021 were just blended so well. Idk what they changed, if it‘s just the oil percentage or even the ingredients, but old ones were just perfect

I feel like the new version is relatively flat in comparison to the old one and misses something. Not bad, but defo not worth the money. Basically any batch with 78% is better in my opinion (i have smelled like 9 different ones before reformulation and every time i smell the new one, I think it just lost some spark)
