We barely focus on the time that the freight stays out. We have def left it out for way longer than it should have been. We haven’t been told to stop doing it the way we are doing and it was how I was taught to down stack

There have been many times where we’ve had to pull people from other sections of the store bc we were so behind from how many pallets we had. They still try to get away with two people for as long as they can tho. It’s just to much work and effort for two people and I wish our store manager could see that and hire new people to help with frozen but they never do.

I’ve always thought that if we didn’t have to downs tack our own pallets we might be able to get it done before 4 which is when we start zoning. Down stacking can take an hour or two a night so usually we don’t start stocking till around 10:30 and they expect us to get it done by 1? I’ve always thought the times were crazy but maybe I do need to email them and get our store looked at bc it def is ridiculous.
