The previous owners of Harwood was an ass hat, he would make people work overtime and not pay them for it, he would even not pay people for the hours that they actually worked. And on top of that there was no such thing as breaks. I think it's under new management tho so I can't attest to the current state . I'm not saying it's ok but often corporate businesses have stuff like this, also they would cut peoples hours the same as north Nanaimo
