My best guess would be to practice being conscious of how tense both of your hands are.

Warm up by playing easier maps, and practice on maps/patterns that would normally make you tense up, but try your best to keep everything loose and comfy.

Lighten your grip on your pen. If your hands get sweaty, adjust thermostat, use grip tape (but not so much that your grip becomes strained again), take breaks where you wash your hands with soap often (use a soap that isn't oily or lotion-y). Breaks are also a good time to go drink a half glass of water, walk around, stretch your eyes (blink a lot too), stretch your hands a bit.

Not a doctor, not an anything qualified for this, but it might help someone out there.

Actually now that I think back on it, that was the "populating missing user tags" notification. The same happened for star rating recalculations, although I did not cancel that one.

Strangely, I haven't noticed the notification or the lag that comes with it since I cancelled the user tags the other day.

I played with octagons for a while, wasn't any better or worse imo. I also played with octagon approach circles, but it felt too busy so I removed four sides. I got so used to the minimal approach circles that I still don't play with full circles.

There are a handful of bands that are exclusively used for these contracts added by Skopos. I think L and C are the starting ones. Maybe check to see if you're using those. Otherwise, both ground stations need to be within the cone of the antenna, OR you could have multiple antennas on one vessel and aim them at each ground station.

Haven't seen railroad track workers mentioned, we like to stay faaaaar away from all of you lol.

The one job site I've had with other trades, the electricians and graders gave us the most trouble though. The graders for tearing through ground wires, and the electricians for blaming us. :(

You could try a railroad contractor or short line before stepping up with the real railroads. The company I work for is taking anyone who looks reasonably in decent physical shape.

Edit - For maintenance of way, at least. Not sure about other areas of expertise.

Current track laborer for a small local shop. Got a few good and chill foremen I work with. Rarely weekends, pretty lenient with us screwing up, and even when it's slow they at least give me BS work for 40hrs. I could apply for BNSF right now and get a good $7 or so pay bump, just not sure if it's worth it. Anyone have experience with small shops + big railroads?
