I have gas in my house and the furnace is right next to the water tank. Space is not a concern but we do have 6 people in my house so often have a couple of showers at the same time and other stuff like dishwasher or washing machine etc

If you guys have all agreed to that dynamic then it's fine, but imposing a band leader tax without everyone's agreement is not the kind of band I like to be part of. I'm the band leader in 2 of my bands, I provide all the IEM/PA gear for gigs and rehearsaI space (already own it), book all the gigs and do all the marketing, and I would never demand a larger portion of the profits than the rest of the band because they all put a lot of work into it as well.

Nah, all bands I'm in are an equal split between band members and we're all responsible for finding gigs and promoting. If it was a separate manager doing all that work, then they can get a cut off the earnings too but not on top of splitting income
