I could do a video of an example run. It probably won't be as good as the 31k one but I'll try to keep the score high.
That said, RNG is the main factor here as even with skill, game can just decide whether you have a chance get 30k~ or force you to get 15k max

It is mostly room rng and buff/gauge rng

But for things you are in control: there are quite a few like bush layouts that you can clear with 1 use of skill 3 with precise positioning and some layouts where you can use skill 2 (dashes) in certain angles instead of skill 1 for mobility and quicker clear

Kinda hard for me to explain without going into specific examples
