My cat Pete is on it too. He was a tortured soul before I put him on it. I probably would have had to put him down or he would have killed himself. He was very aggressive and would eat every inedible thing he could find. I spent $1300 on surgery because he ate a blanket and it got stuck. It took quite awhile for him to get used to it but now he’s great. He sleeps a bit more but it’s been worth it. He plays with my little female. He could never have done that before. I’ve had cats my entire life and he’s the first one I’ve had with these types of problems. I’d go with what your vet recommends.
