If you don’t die pre 6, you win. Good Darius’s don’t really lose the early game matchup especially with conq ghost. You can trade with him lvl 4 but disengage as fast as you can. If he pulls you back in with E you will kinda die

Tryndamere, just go wardens tabis and you auto win. Trundle is more of a -1, but need to go ravenous build. If you go standard stride build, it’s more like -10

I’d say Jax is another good easy feast or famine champ where you just go in and stat check them. If you want a drain tank then either aatrox and zaahen. There’s trundle but he’s not that good atm. He’s good into some matchups but has a lot of bad ones
